Most of us would like to decorate our home in a way that doesn’t cost an exorbitant amount of money (or time), but still reflects beauty and personal style.  Whether you prefer décor that is traditional, modern or transitional, I would love to help make your vision become a reality.

I specialize in helping my clients make the most of what they already have, so maybe all you need is a little assistance with furniture placement or choosing paint colors?  I can also assist in fabric choices, flooring selections, bathroom and kitchen finishes, guidance on how to spruce up existing furnishings and finding accessories that compliment your style.  Below is a list of my basic design services and pricing.  If your needs aren’t met with one of these packages, let me know and we will work together to customize a design plan that accommodates your needs and your budget.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES AND PRICING
*With the exception of e-design, all services are for clients who reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

PAINT CONSULTATION • $65 per hour (1 hour minimum)
Choosing paint colors for your home can be a very overwhelming and time consuming process.  I can help you eliminate hours of frustration by helping you narrow down your paint selections (not to mention cut down on purchasing endless paint samples).  Whether you are starting from scratch or only need a second opinion, a paint consultation may be just what you need to help make a big impact on a smaller budget.  This consultation includes:

• 1 home visit where we will discuss your vision and evaluate your color needs and choices.
• I will bring multiple paint decks and color boards to help you visualize various colors.
• Once your colors are chosen, I will provide you with sourcing and purchasing information of each paint color.
• Consultation includes one month of unlimited follow-up inquiries via email.

INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION • $75
This in-home meeting will help me assess the scope of the project and allows us to discuss your likes/dislikes, vision and budget.  If we decide to proceed to the next step, I will take pictures of your space, obtain room measurements and give you an estimate of the total cost of the project.

SINGLE ROOM EXPRESS • $200 per room
This personal design plan includes:

• 1 home visit in addition to the initial consultation
• virtual mood board with suggestions for furnishings, lighting and general décor
• custom paint palette and fabric selections
• source list and purchasing information
  *Consultation fee will be applied toward this package

SINGLE ROOM DELUXE • $350 and up per room
This personal design plan includes:

• 2 home visits in addition to the initial consultation
• virtual mood board with suggestions for furnishings, lighting and general décor
• custom paint palette and fabric selections
• source list and purchasing information
• tangible samples of tile, paint chips, fabrics and such
  *Consultation fee will be applied toward this package

E-DESIGN • $150 per room
E-design is a more affordable alternative to traditional design services and can serve clients at any geographic location.  For this package there will not be an in-home consultation, but we will correspond via e-mail and phone.  Based on our conversations, I will create a custom room design for you which includes:

• virtual mood board with suggestions for furniture, lighting and general décor
• custom paint palette and fabric selections
• source list and purchasing information

*Please note a 50% deposit is required as a retainer for my design services.  The remainder of the fee is due upon receipt after completion of the project.
